Diego special is named after the owners eldest son, who as a young prodigy decided that a plate with shrimp and chicken strips cooked with chipotle sauce, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and a splash of citrus; was his favorite meal. The plate also comes with rice, beans, and a side lettuce salad with pico de gallo. Thanks Diego this plate is amazing.
